How we rank
Every card in the directory is ordered by the same rules. Here they are.
- Only verified firms and accountants with a complete profile appear as cards. For a company, we check its company code and status with the Centre of Registers. Individual accountants have no company code, so we check their e-mail address by hand. In every case, a person checks that the firm or the accountant runs the profile. In the rules below, “firm” also covers individual accountants.
- Recently refreshed cards come first.
- A firm can refresh its card once every 24 hours, with one click in its account.
- A card that is not refreshed for 30 days moves to the end of the list.
- Cards labelled “Example” are samples and belong to no real firm. They come after every firm's card, never count towards the number of firms, and cannot receive requests.
- Below the cards, under “Other companies in …”, we list, as plain rows, companies in the Register of Legal Entities that have not registered here yet. These rows are not ranked with the cards and always stay below them.
- No one can buy a place in the list. The directory has no ads, paid places or firms pushed up for money – it is free for clients and firms alike.
- When you tick “send to all matching”, your request goes to the first 5 verified firms that match your search, in the order the list shows them. Example cards and companies not registered in the directory never receive a request sent this way. One request reaches at most 5 firms.
The search fields and service buttons only narrow the list; they never change the order.
A firm's size, age or how fast it answers requests has no effect on the order.
